Established in 2022, Concord is a unique landmark situated in the heart of Peoria. We are minutes drive from downtown and are close to OSF and Methodist hospitals, Caterpillar downtown offices, Northwoods Mall, and Westlake shopping center.

With 23 uniquely furnished and decorated rooms, we offer comfortable, easy stays with flexible leases for short term rental, extended stays, business travel, and more!
 

This place is so unique. The rooms are spacious and I love that there is a full-sized kitchen to cook real meals! The furnishings are modern and I love the decor. If I ever do another rotation in Peoria, I would definitely stay here again!

Our building is monitored with outdoor cameras 24/7 with a property manager on site. The building is secured with access code entry and each apartment unit has its own digital lock. 


Parking is unassigned and free for guests.


Laundry is shared in the downstairs floor with three washers and three dryers. We also provide a shared iron and ironing board.
